I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in comprehensive primary care of the entire family. I moved to Maine in 2005 and have been practicing locally since 2008. 

My approach to caring for patients is first and foremost: seek to listen and understand. I will strive to get to know you as a person and learn your unique history, priorities, concerns and health goals. Together, we will explore options to help you attain and maintain wellness.

My goal in opening a direct primary care practice is to deliver exceptional care, free from the inefficiencies and headaches of traditional fee-for-service practices. Patients don’t like long wait times on the phone, limited access to their PCP, crowded waiting rooms, and 8-minute visits. I don’t like those things either. I am excited to take the time each of my patients need and truly be able to provide comprehensive, personalized primary care to our community. 

Outside of work, you will find me enjoying our local beaches, cheering at my kids’ Scarborough sporting events, walking my golden retriever, running, practicing yoga and cooking.
