Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take Health Insurance?

No. DPC operates outside of the health insurance world, which allows us to provide personalized, low-cost care to you.

Do I still need health insurance if I sign up with Marshview DPC?

We do still recommend that you carry health insurance for health care costs outside of the scope of primary care, i.e. in case of hospitalization, surgery, emergency room visits, specialist care, imaging, etc.

Will you see my kids?

At this time we will be seeing kids ages 6+. Kids who need immunizations will need to obtain these at their local pharmacy.

Can I use my HSA to pay my subscription fees?

This varies state by state. Legislation is in process to make this easier. You can, of course, use your HSA to cover such things as imaging, medications, specialist co-pays and labs that are not covered by your DPC membership. Please consult your attorney or financial adviser for more information.

What are your hours?

Current hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments may be provided outside of those hours in special/urgent circumstances.

What if I need help outside of regular business hours?

In case of a medical emergency, call 9-11 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you need us urgently after hours, call or text. If it can wait until the next business day, we ask you to please contact us then.

How can I get my medical records transferred from my current practice?

Please download this records release form, complete it and give it to your current/previous provider office. They will confidentially fax your records to us.
